Crystal pencils

This is Crystal, a were-liones from Jade Relm. She used to be a high level assassin working for a secret organization, but she quit when she learned that the agency was more interested in maintaining the status quo than stopping evil dictators. She moved to Earth and became a Green Arrow like superhero, using her skills for enchanting gems and crystals to make magical gimmick non-lethal arrow heads. She plays up being ditzy, but she's really fairly competent. Think Ruroni Kenshin
